Unique Sleeps llc is located in Fryeburg, Maine. Home of the Fryeburg fair. We will be offering 8 unique, short term rentals. Our first unit we have ready is a 24 x 24 ft 3 story lighthouse. The second unit is a 33' cabin cruiser yacht.
We are a new up and coming business in Maine. Owned and built by Robert & Andrea Paradis, owners of Solid Construction a small construction company from N.H. We recently purchased 10.35 acres in Fryeburg Maine on Bog Pond Road. We are building 8 unique, short term rentals. From a lighthouse, a 33' Esprit cabin cruiser yacht. Coming soon will be other unique rentals.
We are located between RT.5 and RT.302 on Bog Pond Road.We are conveniently located on Maine snowmobile trail, F14. You can use it all year round. Minutes from the Saco River. Where you can paddle across bog pond and get on the river. Or, you can walk up the road and hike Mt Tom. There are several ski resorts in the area. And if your into shopping or a train ride, North Conway is 20 minutes away. The activities are endless.
